I designed this website to offer easy to use no b.s. tactics for multiple fitness goals. If I do not have the solution I will certainly point you in the right direction (use my link page). As far as I am concerned, regardless what method you choose to train with, it is a must there is enough demand placed on the body in order for it to adapt (change) for your endeavors. You can't ease into things. You embrace the challenge and change to prepare for it. One last point. Nothing but liposuction happens overnight or in a very short period of time. If you want to drop weight and do it properly, understand it will take time. If you want lean muscle, once again it will take time. Nothing is instant. Even learning better technical abilities for a specific sport takes time to use optimally. So the methods that I write about and refer to will reflect these ideas.
